Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Second Spark ("Second Spark", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in the mobile applications, websites, and related digital services that we publish (collectively, the "Services"). It is intended to apply across our Services. A particular Service may provide an additional privacy notice where its data practices differ from this Policy.

Important: The features and data practices available to you may vary by Service, device, country, and the choices you make.

1. Information you provide

Depending on the Service, you may enter information such as settings, preferences, notes, categories, goals, financial records, or other content. Unless a Service clearly states that cloud sync, account services, or another online feature is enabled, this information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Second Spark.

2. Information collected automatically

Some Services use advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or security technologies. These technologies may automatically process:

We do not use advertising SDKs to request precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or similar device content unless a specific Service clearly presents and explains such a feature before requesting the relevant permission.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to provide and maintain the Services, save your preferences, display and measure advertising, understand app performance, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability and user experience.

4. Advertising and third-party services

Some Services display advertising and may use mediation to select an advertising provider. Current providers may include:

These providers may collect or receive the information described above for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention under their own privacy policies. Advertising identifiers are resettable or deletable through supported Android device settings.

5. Consent and privacy choices

Where required, a Service or an advertising provider may ask for consent before using information for personalized advertising. You may be able to choose non-personalized or limited ads, change consent through an available privacy-options screen, disable ad personalization, or delete/reset the advertising identifier in your device settings. Restricting data may reduce ad relevance but should not prevent access to the Service's core features.

6. Sharing of information

We may share information with service providers that operate advertising, analytics, hosting, diagnostics, security, or support services; when you intentionally export or share content; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets. We do not sell information that you enter and keep solely on your device.

7. Retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete it in the Service, clear the Service's storage, or uninstall the Service. Third-party providers retain information according to their policies and legal obligations. You may contact us about a privacy or deletion request. We may need information sufficient to identify the applicable Service and request, and some advertising data may only be associated with a device identifier rather than information that directly identifies you.

8. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Third-party SDKs used by our Services generally encrypt data in transit. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable transfer safeguards and their privacy policies.

9. Children's privacy

Unless a specific store listing expressly states otherwise, our Services are not directed to children under 13. Some Services may be intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to Second Spark. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can review the request.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited where we cannot reasonably link advertising or diagnostic data to you. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our Services, providers, or legal obligations. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice where required.
